• We help local mid-sized companies and entrepreneurs in finding solutions, giving them access to local and foreign capital providers, allowing them to grow, increase profitability and resolve issues such as change-of generation, lack of development capital, little or no access to medium-term funding, managerial talent and access to International markets
• We excel at in-bound and out-bound M&A and capital raising including equity, debt, subordinated debt, hybrid financing
